Choose your gilet by its job

To add warmth: quilted and faux fur

For colder days, a quilted puffer gilet such as the one from EA7 keeps your core warm without bulky sleeves. Desigual has faux-fur versions. Wear either over a sweatshirt or knitwear with trousers.

To add polish: pinstripe and blazer-style

A pinstripe or blazer-style gilet with lapels turns a shirt and trousers into a smart outfit. Only has pinstripe and denim versions in the selection. Pair one with a blouse and a piece from our women's formal wear.

To add casual ease: denim and linen

Denim gilets and linen blends are made for spring and summer. Put one over a tank top with jeans or a skirt for an easy daytime outfit.

To add texture: knit and faux leather

Knit gilets, including one from Tommy Hilfiger in organic cotton, soften a look. Faux leather brings an edgier finish, especially with a top underneath and a dress or jeans.

Colours, seasons and care

Beige, black, white, grey and blue are the most common shades, with a few green, brown and pink pieces. Around half the selection is for autumn and winter, the rest for spring and summer. Knits dry best flat, denim is best washed inside out, and faux leather only needs a damp cloth. The product page lists the exact composition.
